Series – Woven
Summary: Marriage can be good. In fact, it can be great. In Genesis 2:24 God gives a vision for marriage. The scripture says that man shall leave his family and “hold fast” or cleave to his wife, and the two shall “become one flesh” or woven together. Marriage involves leaving, cleaving, and weaving. Weaving together two people to the point of becoming one is a process that requires intimacy, vulnerability, and self-awareness. In this series we will look at God’s book of romance, the Song of Solomon, to see what the process of weaving looks like. We will see how beautiful a marriage woven together through the power of Gospel can be.
